- The Office of the Secretary will be coordinating all hotel accommodations. Guests should not contact the hotel directly. It is important that all guests provide their travel itineraries and hotel room preferences on the Registration Form.
- It is expected that participants will share a room whenever possible. Assignments will be made for two people to a double occupancy room. Participants should make arrangements in advance with their preferred roommate, and include on the Registration Form the name of the person with whom they wish to share a room.
- Participants will be asked to provide their credit card upon check-in at the front desk to cover personal incidentals.
- In light of the special nature of this meeting of the senior institutions, family members are not to accompany participants to this gathering. No childcare will be provided.
- To facilitate securing participant lodging preferences, and to assist the hotel staff in meeting guest needs, it is very important that the completed Registration Form be submitted as soon as possible, and no later than January 9, 2012.
Transportation
- Travel arrangements to and from Pensacola are the responsibility of each participant. If flying into an airport other than Pensacola Regional Airport, ground transportation to the hotel and back is also their responsibility.
- Participants arriving at the baggage claim area at Pensacola Regional Airport will be assisted in boarding the Dreamcatcher shuttle for the hotel. The shuttle will also transport participants back to the airport after the meeting. Sholeh Loehle can be reached on her cell phone at 630-809-9306 to address any questions or changes to the shuttle schedule. Staff from the Bahá’í National Center will be on site at the hotel to assist you.
- Should any participant need financial assistance for travel, they are encouraged to consult with the institution on which they serve.
